The meaning of some words used in these terms and conditions

RTT Website: is a reference to the website https://revisethattrade.com

Revision Resources: A Revision Resource is any revision material you can access via the RTT Website. Revision Resources might include, but are not limited to, Practice Mock Exams, Study Material, Video Tutorials etc

General

Access Training (Wales) Limited (company number 04915118 & VAT registration number 850753717) whose registered office is at 44 St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1 4BB but whose head administration office is at Unit 6 Llandough Trading Estate, Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF11 8RR.

For the website https://revisethattrade.com Access Training (Wales) Ltd trade as Revise That Trade (RTT) and offer the specific website's services and goods on the following terms and conditions.

If you breach our Terms and Conditions or use the platform in a malicious way then we reserve the right to terminate your account. You will not be eligible for a refund in this case.

Any RTT Resources you have purchased will remain available for use for at least 3 months. After that period has passed, RTT Website reserve the right to remove/replace these resources and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Intellectual Property Rights and Sharing of RTT Accounts and Resources

All and any intellectual property rights including without limitation copyright in all and any written materials supplied by us to you shall at all times remain our property.

Each registered customer account is for personal use only. Sharing your login details or RTT resources with other individuals or with the public is breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability

The RTT Website offers a range of Revision Resources that candidates can use for revision purposes. However, using RTT Website Revision Resources cannot guarantee you that you will pass your examinations.

RTT Resources have been reviewed by qualified staff of Access Training (Wales) Ltd. However, RTT Website cannot guarantee that the questions you might come across in some of the RTT Resources will match the questions you will come across during any formal examination.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement to purchase the Goods and Services within the period of 14 days starting on the day after you have received notice of right to cancel. That period is called the “Cancellation Period”.

In order to cancel this agreement within the Cancellation Period you may either write to us at 6 Llandough Trading Estate, Penarth Road, Cardiff, CF11 8RR and send us your cancellation request or you may contact us by email within the Cancellation Period in order to communicate to us your intention to cancel.

If we have started using RTT Resources, with your written request within the Cancellation Period and prior to you giving us notice of cancellation within the Cancellation Period, then we will be entitled to retain any monies which you have paid to us for the value of the RTT Resources which you have used before we received notice of cancellation from you. In those circumstances we will retain a proportionate sum proportionate to the value of the RTT Resources you have used to you to the date of cancellation when compared with the full contracted price of the RTT Resources.

It is important that you realise that following the end of the Cancellation Period you will have no further right to cancel the agreement unless you have a right to cancel described elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
